Refund Policy:

Due to the nature of product and online sales, this refund policy is strictly enforced.
DeonixScripts.com will refund you with the amount you paid for this script product in accordance to the following:

• Refund request must be made within 14 days of your purchase. Under special circumstances, refund request maybe accepted if we are unable to receive your request in time, due to communication interruption such as lost Internet connection, OR you have requested installation service from us and the script product fails to operate as expected after the installation, due to conflicting server configuration and the configuration cannot be changed.
• We may not accept refund request if the script product works as expected on your machine/server or you have changed your mind after you have made the purchase. • If you must file a refund request, please write to us via this page, contact and provide us with some identifiable information from your order such as payment processor used, transaction ID, your name and other relevant contact information so we can process the refund quicker.

• Our license key database only logs your website domain name/IP (for license key validation) and the access date and the license key server DOES NOT collect any other information from your website.

Usage Policy:

• A single license will grant you the right to use this script product on a single Website. You will need to purchase additional licenses if you wish to use it on more than one Website.
• You are welcomed to customize this system in anyway you wish in order to suit your needs, either the graphical interface, or the programming logic of this system. You may also use our script customization service* in case you need one. * May attract small fee.
